Your packages are dispatched by UPS. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.

One « standard » delivery option (11,95 € delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered the morning of the day after the date of dispatch.

Delivery

Your order is delivered to your home, anywhere in Europe. Just make sure someone is present at the address and the date, to receive your package and sign the delivery note. You can have your packages sent to your home, to a neighbor's or relative's house, to your concierge, your work, a shopkeeper, and so on.

France

Your packages are dispatched with TNT or GLS-France. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday: only with TNT).

Two delivery options to choose from :

With GLS-France (9,95 € delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 6 pm;, the day after the date of dispatch.

With TNT (19.95 € delivery charge per order) : 24 h guarantee (from dispatch of packages), delivery between 8 am and 1 pm the day after the date of dispatch. With the exception for some rural areas where the carrier can deliver until to 4 pm. Switzerland

Your packages are dispatched with DPD and delivered only once a week, usually on Thursdays.

Two delivery options to choose from :

« Standard » delivery(11,95 CHF delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 5 pm;, the day after the date of dispatch.

« Express » delivery(22,95 CHF delivery charge per order) : 24 h guarantee (from dispatch of packages), delivery between 8 am and 5 pm the day after the date of dispatch.

Germany

Your packages are dispatched with UPS or GLS. Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.

Two delivery options to choose from :

« Standard » delivery (5,95 € delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 6 pm;, the day after the date of dispatch.

« Express » delivery (19,95 € delivery charge per order) : 24 h guarantee (from dispatch of packages), delivery between 8 am and 12 pm the day after the date of dispatch.

« Guarantee » delivery (14,00 € delivery charge per order) : 24 h guarantee (from dispatch of packages), delivery between 8 am and 6 pm the day after the date of dispatch.

Danemark

Your packages are dispatched with GLS. Deliveries are available Wednesday through Friday.

One « standard » delivery option: 4,50 € delivery charge per package (20kg package maximum) + 0,25 € per kg. Without warranty of time, usually delivered between 9 am and 6 pm;, two days after the date of dispatch.

Royaume-Uni

Your packages are dispatched with UPS. Deliveries are available Wednesday through Friday.

One « standard » delivery option: 10,45 € delivery charge per package (20kg package maximum) + 0,25 € per kg. Without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 4 pm, within 48 hours after the date of dispatch.

N.B. : We must have your order no later than 72 hours before delivery : remember to order in time !

Autriche

Your packages are dispatched with UPS or GLS. Deliveries are available Wednesday through Friday.

Two delivery options to choose from :

« Standard » delivery with GLS (10,95 € delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 4 pm, generally within 48 hours after the date of dispatch.

« Standard » delivery with UPS (21,95 € delivery charge per order) : without warranty of time, usually delivered between 8 am and 4 pm, generally within 48 hours after the date of dispatch.

N.B. : The standard delivery with UPS is more expensive, but also much more reliable. We recommend it for special occasions, where the delivery is imperative for a given day. Also note that we must have your order no later than 72 hours before delivery : remember to order in time !

Order and shipment confirmations

On simple request, you can susbscribe to receive email confimation of your orders. The email will give you feedback on the order you placed, with the quantities and the products ordered, the delivery and billing address and the date of dispatch. It allows you to make sure these elements are in accordance with your order.

Once your packages are dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the departure of your order. In addition to the information contained in the order confiration, you will be informed on the quantities and products that have really been sent. You will also get your package reference and a link to the carrier's internet page to be able to track your package (this last service is unfortunately unavailable for GLS-France).

If, contrary to all expectations, your order was not delivered on the scheduled day, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably the same afternoon, at +33 (0)1 64 60 21 00 or in the evening +33 (0)1 64 60 21 11, so that we can respond quickly with the carrier.
