Prices

The prices of the Orkos company are the ones listed at the headquarters of the company and do not include transportation fees. The prices may vary according to the country of destination.The weekly catalogue published and distributed by the company is representative of the prices of the products, subject to modifications or typographical errors.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by independent carriers, acting as service providers to the Orkos company. The customer is responsible for the receipt of the order on the agreed delivery date. In case of a delayed delivery due to non-receipt by the customer, the latter supports the corresponding cost and cannot redeem the products which may have been damaged because of that delay. .

The delivery costs are invoiced by the Orkos company, as a flat rate, and according to current fees. By signing the delivery receipt the customer accepts the order. The customer can inquire about the planned delivery schedule through the ordering service. However, this schedule is not guaranteed by the Orkos company.

Payment conditions

Different means of payment are available to the customer according to his or her guarantees of solvency.

For credit card payments, the Orkos company will charge an extra fee to cover the commission costs.

The Orkos company will bill interest and collection fees on invoices that remain unpaid beyond the payment limit mentioned on the invoice. The delivered products remain the property of the Orkos company until payment of the invoice.

Order modification

An order already transmitted may be modified 48 hours before the departure of the order at the latest.

Availability of products

All the products appearing on the company’s weekly catalogue are on sale subject to their availability.

The Orkos company reserves the right to deliver and invoice quantities which are smaller or larger than the ordered quantities for reasons related to the weighing of products and/or the weight-per-item of the products. If a given product is out of stock, and barring express opposite stipulation on the part of the customer, the Orkos company may replace the missing product with a similar product. A non delivered product will not be invoiced, and it will not be delivered later, either.

Return / complaints

The Orkos company guarantees the quality of its products according to the following conditions: any damage has to be signalled to the Orkos customer service, in writing or by phone, within 24 hours after reception of the products. In addition, any damage due to transportation must be mentioned on the delivery receipt next to the signature. For food items, only if the damage occurs to more than 5% of the delivered quantity, will the complaint be taken into account, and provided it makes the product inedible. Further processing of the complaint may be conditioned, if the customer service deems it necessary, to a prior return of the products to the Orkos company headquarters.

Validated complaints will be resolved through refund, provided the invoice was paid without deduction. Food items may not be returned or exchanged.

Customer account

Customers can only be registered through a single customer account, to which are referred all payments, invoices, discounts and refund transactions. A given customer is not allowed to order under different names, or different accounts. Purchases made by placing subscription orders are not paid through the customer account, but instead are accounted separately.

The Orkos company may need to communicate customers data to service providers, in particular for the purpose of mailings or order deliveries. Customers may at any time ask the Orkos company to stop sending advertising material either by mail, facsimile, e-mail or telephone.

Address of delivery

For each order, customers must specify the delivery address when they are placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be delivered to the billing address.
