Tips for your first order
To give you an overview of our range, we offer a « Discovery Pack ». It consists of samples of exotic fruits, but also a few dried fruit, nuts, nuts, dates and soap nuts. On each are written its name (english and latin) as well as various advice on its ripening, its consumption, etc. You can choose between the « Mini » (4 kg) and the « Maxi » (8 kg) versions of the pack. This pack, for new customers, is proposed at a very attractive price.
You can also discover our choice of dates, nuts, honey, dried fruit and dried seaweed through « testsets » : there is one per product category, including eight to sixteen varieties to taste and compare quietly at home to determine your favorites.
To guide you in the storage and ripening of your products, ask for the brochure « List of storage and ripening » which will give you valuable advice (cost : 1 €, available in French and German only).
Finally, many « Info-docs » which introduce our products and give you interesting information about their composition, their culture in the world, their history, etc. (available for free upon request).
Minimum quantities and « Orkos-Packages »
There is no minimum amount for the whole order. However, there is a minimum quantity for each product, of about 500 g or 1 kg (check with our sales consultants).
For each product and from a certain amount called « Orkos-Package », you receive the 5 % reduction on the price. This quantity, which varies from one product to another, is shown in our catalog in the column « Orkos-Package ».
